Payment Strictly payment with order.
Goods are normally despatched with 24 hrs from receipt of order. You will be advised by email when your order
is despatched, and when to expect delivery. If you do not receive a despatch notification, please email us. We may have had difficulties with your email address. Software Licence Agreement.
A licence agreement is displayed during installation of our software. If you do not wish to accept the conditions of the agreement, please do not install the software.
Licence
Purchased copies of our software are supplied with a licence. You use this licence to register the software on our web site. The software will run in evaluation (restricted) mode until the product is
registered.
Since the licence details are revealed to the customer, the purchase price is non-refundable.
Taxes Each customer shall be solely responsible for all import duties, sales taxes, or other taxes.
Security
All outgoing and incoming email is screened using Norton Anti-Virus 2005. We allow this software to conduct automatic Live Updates to ensure the most recent Anti Virus definitions are used for screening.

Warranty for goods provided.
CD’s are guaranteed for a period of 3 months.
A replacement will be supplied if a CD is found to be damaged or faulty within that time. Otherwise, goods
supplied are non-returnable. (see Terms & Conditions)
Our software is fully tested before release to users. However, we acknowledge that it is not possible to guarantee
that software is completely bug free. In the event of a bug being reported, we are committed to applying a fix as a matter of urgency. Any such fixes are posted on the respective Product Support Web Site as free
program updates.
Program updates are normally released to introduce product enhancements, and can be downloaded free of charge.
We use Norton Anti-Virus 2005 to check our products. However, we recommend that customers run their own virus
check on each CD before installation.
