Downloading Instructions:
Method 1
|
|
|
|
This is the EASY way. (Try this method first)
Click on a Download link
In the dialog box which appears, click “Run”
The download will begin.
An autoinstaller will begin
automatically when download is completed.
Follow steps
If this method doesnt work for you, use Method 2
|

Method 2

|
|
|
Make a folder on your computer to store the downloaded files. This is for temporary storage only.
ANY folder will do, but be sure you make a note so can find it again!!
Write down the name of the fle you are downloading.
Click on a Download link
In the dialog box which appears, click “Save”
Download the file to a folder (Write down the name of the folder you select)
In
this method, the dialog box closes when the download is complete. Its up to you to find the downloaded file on your computer, and Install the Downloaded Program.

Installing the Downloaded Program
Method 2 only
|
|
|
|
When the download finishes, use "Windows Explorer" or "My Computer" to locate the downloaded file in the
folder where you saved the download.
Double click on the file name
The Auto Installer begins.
A series of dialog boxes will appear during the installation.
Click as required in each dialog box to
continue with the installation.
Click "Cancel" at any stage if you wish to abort the installation.
During installation of our Software Products, you will be prompted to accept a licence agreement.
You must click on "Accept" if you wish to continue past that stage.

Running your new Software
|

|
|
Look for a new Icon on your desktop after the installation is completed. Double click on the icon, and the software will run.
Within the software you will find Tutorials, Help, and special programs with
hyperlinks to the appropriate Product Support web site.
You will find a “Getting Started” document for each product on the appropriate Product Support web site.
